Healthy cooking on a budget

Each week we work with our young people to create fun and exciting meals which they can plan and prepare within our sessions.  The sessions allow the young people to gain a further understanding about healthy lifestyles as well as develop the basic cookery skills.  Small groups take it in turns to cook for other members of the group.

The young people have cooked a range of meals including lasagne, pizza, bolognaise, pies and many deserts.
